What is the problem to be solved?
Designing multiple products that target multiple personas is challenging.
This can easily result in inconsistencies across the product, in reinventing the wheel (waste of time) and in a lack of accessibility.
What is my role?
I act as the product owner of the design system, making sure that the priorities are clear for both the designers and the developers (owning the backlog), defining the process and running all the scrum ceremonies with the Design system chapter.
